Progression in skiing

I learned to ski at the age of 6 in Crissolo, Italy. It was my father who passed on his passion for skiing and the mountains to me.

I am now 58 years old, so you could say that I have quite a bit of experience in this field. In 2004, I got my instructor diploma, in France. Today, I also have the Swiss and the Romanian diplomas. But that's not the most important thing, you have to laugh on the snow to progress in skiing. It is not my first job, but it is the one I like the most. I like to see people progress in skiing and have fun.

I love to laugh with clients. With me, we don't go skiing, we go dancing on the snow. A way of speaking of course. But it's very important to me that clients feel comfortable and can enjoy themselves. The progression in skiing will come almost by itself by having fun.

I really enjoy working with kids and seeing them have fun and laugh on the skis. It's a great thing, I think.

Progressing in skiing in Val Thorens

Thanks to the numerous slopes and varied terrains of the resort, everyone can progress in Val Thorens!

I also love off-piste skiing. Experts can progress in Val Thorens thanks to off-piste courses.

That's the advantage, in France, you can go off-piste without receiving any remark from the carabinieri (Italian police). In Italy, it's very difficult to go off-piste even though it's a great feeling! I give lessons in Courmayer in Italy and Val Thorens in France, and I have a lot of fun with each lesson.
